Cancellation Policy

For “no-show” or “same-day cancellation” one session credit will be charged and non-refundable. If you cancel class one day in advance， the session credit will back to your account for use next time. The remaining session credit will be expired within a year. “无故缺席” 或 “当天临时取消” 您将要支付该节课的费用。​如有特殊情况不能出席，可提前一天取消课程，该节课的课时将会返回你的账号供下次补课使用。本学期的没使用完的课时一年后失效，补课时间有限，请合理安排时间。​因私人原因不能出席的，请提前取消当天的课程！逾期不补，敬请谅解！
